• Generating and sending your official donation appreciation letters.
• Verifying identity during in-person reward pickups.
• Sending transaction confirmations, order update SMS alerts, and campaign receipts.
• Compiling internal reports and statistics to trace contribution impact metrics.

3. Payment Security & Data Sharing

Your financial transactions are processed securely through certified gateways (such as Chapa). ESSS does not collect, store, or view your credit card details, bank information, or payment credentials. We do not sell or rent contributor records to third parties. We share contact details only with trusted payment partners and notification delivery services strictly to fulfill transaction actions.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We store transaction records for as long as necessary to comply with CSO regulatory laws and accounting requirements in Ethiopia. You have the right to request access to your contact data, query details, or request that we delete your user record if it is no longer required for active transaction compliance.
